Homework and Reading Struggles Lecture

Portsmouth Lions ClubThe Portsmouth Lions Club is inviting everyone to join the “Secrets to Stopping Homework Battles & Reading Struggles” lecture happening at the Levenson Community Room of the Portsmouth Public Library on April 9, 2013 from 7:00 to 8:30 in the evening.

This free event aims to help parents and guardians to learn about children’s reading and learning struggles related to their vision. Discover how hidden vision problems hinder them from achieving their full potential when it comes to learning. Developmental Optometrist Dr. Amy D. Pruszenski, O.D., FCOVD will be discussing the 17 visual skills that young people need to develop to facilitate academic success.
