Run for a good cause at the Komen Race

Run for a good cause! Join the Susan G. Komen New Hampshire Race for the Cure on May 12, 2012 at Strawbery Banke. As of last count, nearly 1,000 participants have signed up for the event, but there’s always room for more.

Interested people can register at noontime today at Runner’s Alley in Congress Street or at the venue tomorrow.

The event is the largest series of 5K runs and fitness walks in the world. It raises funds and awareness about the fight against breast cancer. Since its establishment, the Koman Race for the Cure series has created more than 100 races.

The Komen Race for the Cure is an event that aims to promote positive awareness, education, and early detection of breast cancer.
