Witness how the world greatly changes in the passing of the day because of the large amounts of high-level radioactive waste emitted by nuclear power plants; watch Seacoast Anti-Pollution League’s official screening of the movie “Into Eternity” in the Levenson Community Room, Portsmouth Public Library, 175 Parrott Avenue, Portsmouth, New Hampshire on September 26, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
The Seacoast Anti-Pollution League is an organization that was established in 1969 to hamper the possible issuance of permits, constructions, and establishments of nuclear power plants in New Hampshire. Over the years, SAPL has even created the Seacoast Anti-Pollution League Collection, a series of papers that contain primarily documentation of its operations and commitment against environmentally-hazardous plants.
Through this screening, SAPL aims to inform everyone of the vulnerability of the world to natural disasters, man-made disasters, and societal changes all because of the never-ending unhealthy gases and compounds that come from operating power plants.
