Storyteller’s Guild Presents - Stories from North American Tribes

The Portsmouth Public Library is inviting everyone for an afternoon of discovery as the Seacoast Storyteller’s Guild presents “Stories from North American Tribes” on Sunday, April 21, 2013 from 2:00 to 3:00 in the afternoon. This event will take place at the Levenson Community Room.

Veteran storytellers and guild members Joanne Piazzi, Deborah Ballou, Uncle George Radcliffe, Michael Lang, and Russell Bowers will bring the audience to a one of a kind journey through time. They will be sharing tales about the flute and flute playing and how North American Tribes came across making maple syrup along with other exciting legends.

Shelley Hershey will be the emcee for the afternoon.

This is a family-friendly event and it is free and open to the public. People of all ages are encouraged to come.
