The story follows Judy Haussman (portrayed by Julie Walters)—an old hippy and a high society drop out who has gone through a minor cancer operation that reunites her with her family. Joining her are Nick, her gay son who used to be a drug addict, Libby, her rather uptight daughter who was recently dumped and is curious about her inheritance, and Summer, her sharp-eyed granddaughter. Add into the mix dodgy doctor Pete and the pool cleaner Daniel and you have a dynamic show that revolves around all-day drinking, infatuations, resentments, free love of the sixties, and failure.
Tickets for the show are sold at $27.50 and $24.50 for general admission. For more information, please visit http://www.themusichall.org.
