The Well Digger’s Daughter at the Historic Theater

The Well-Diggers DaughterGet swept away in a touching story of a father, a daughter, and a quest for love and acceptance as Daniel Autueil’s adaptation of Marcel Pignol’s novel, The Well Digger’s Daughter hits the Historic theater this Wednesday, October 31, 2012 from 7:00 pm onwards.

The film stars Daniel Auteuil as Pascal Amoretti, the titular well digger, Astrid Bergès-Frisbey as Patricia, the daughter, and Nicolas Duvauchelle as Jacques, the grocer’s son and the love of Patricia’s life. Also in the movie are Kad Merad (Felipe), Sabine Azéma (Mrs. Mazel), Jean-Pierre Darroussin (Mazel), Emilie Cazenave (Amanda) and Marie-Anne Chazel (Nathalie).

Tickets for the event are sold at $9 for adults, $7 for seniors aged 60 and above, students and members of the military. These can be bought online or at the box office. The Historic Theater accepts credit cards, cash and check.
